Kelley Weier:I live with my husband Ross and our two children, Louisa (8) and Jackson (6). I have an outgoing, friendly personality. I love working with children and I'm a very approachable person who is easy to talk to. My house is equipped with all the perfect facilities for children - a large, fenced backyard with play equipment and the inside has been thoughtfully prepared to accommodate the littler people in my life, but still keeping the homey, family feel.

Philosophy:
My philosophy on Family Day Care is to create a warm, loving environment where both the child is happy to stay and the parents aren't so unhappy to leave the child to attend to their workplace or other commitments. I believe that Family Day Care providers can also provide more individual and personal attention to the child than in child care centres.
