Charley's Place Video Conferencing is available to parents via the Windows Live Messenger service - a free and easy to install program that allows you to speak and see your child from your desk at work or at home. It is a secure server, so your child will not be viewable by anybody but you. To arrange a videoconference, simply call the office, or send an instant message to charleysplace@live.com (an instant messenger window is available on the 'contact us' page if you don't have Windows Live messenger installed yet.)
