Len Lawton: I am the middle child of seven children with 4 sisters and 2 brothers. Mum and Dad are in heaven. I have been a Family Day Care provider for 3 years - I really enjoy looking after children and have a special affinity with the school-aged group. I have great facilities with a computer equipped with internet access, a playstation, heaps of games and plenty of outdoor play equipment available for the children's use. Excursions to the local parks, the pool and out to lunch are also fairly regular. Len Lawton

My Philosophy
I believe that a strong family relationship is the backbone to a happy and secure child, and that my care is a very important extension of this relationship. I believe that children learn through play and benefit from a structured, yet flexible schedule.

I will do my best to ensure the safety, comfort, health and happiness of all children in my care at all times and will present them with the opportunity to learn at their own pace.

I will gain as much continuing education and training as possible and will strive to keep the lines of communication open between myself and the families whose children I provide care for.
