Putting a picture on your profile is easier than it looks.
Choose a picture that is no bigger than 50kb and less than 100x100 in size.
* Firstly, upload your picture to a remote hosting site - www.photobucket.com is perfect and totally free of charge.
* Copy the 'direct link' to the picture.
* Paste that link into your profile information where it says "Link to an avatar on another site"
*Click 'submit'.
Voila!
You can use any picture that you like (provided that it's appropriate, of course!) it doesn't have to be a picture of you.
