Our Staff
Selena Rinehart, Director Selena holds an Advanced Diploma in Children's services and comes to us after 13 years working in early childhood.

Jason Hewett Jason holds an Advanced Diploma in Children's Services and has been involved in the industry for 15 years. He taught Early Childhood at Chinchilla TAFE for 5 years and he and his family live in Chinchilla.

Christine Simmons Christine has a Certificate III in Children's Services, currently studying for her Diploma and has always wanted to work in child care. She is a Chinchilla local and loves being a full time mum her to her little girl.

Kylie Boshammer Kylie holds a Certificate III in Children's Services and is currently studying for her Diploma. She is a Chinchilla local and comes to us after working as a T.A. at Chinchilla State School. She loves reading and patchwork and has two boys and a girl of her own.

Priscilla McCabe Priscilla holds a Certificate III in Children's Services and is studying for her Diploma. She comes from Miles and Chinchilla and says that she is fascinated by children's development.

Theresa Boniface Theresa has a Certificate III in Children's Services and is studying for her Diploma after working as a Family Day Care mum for 8 years. Formerly a Dept. Manager for Coles-Myer, she moved from Townsville and says that she loves rural living.

Katie Walsh Katie has a Certificate III in Children's Services, is studying her Diploma and is Chinchilla born and bred. She also loves being a coach for netball.

Natasha Smillie Natasha is studying for her Certificate III in Children's Services and is also a Chinchilla local. She loves kids and adores her two nephews and is currently absent on maternity leave with her first baby. Good luck Tash!

Kristy Henningsen Kristy holds a Certificate III in Children's Services and is currently studying for her Diploma. She is a Chinchilla local, born and bred and has come straight from school into childcare because she loves working with children.

Erin Wilde Erin has a Certificate III in Children's Services - now studying for her Diploma and she moved here from Rockhampton. She has a passion for children and is looking forward to working at Charley's Place.

Debbie Portch Debbie has been a family day care mum for 17 years and has two adult sons of her own. She was born in Chinchilla and says that she loves watching kids grow.

Misty Linaker Misty comes to us from the Chinchilla Greengrocers. She has lived in Chinchilla for the last two years and prior to that she attended school in the Beenleigh area. Misty lives with her fiance, Lex who works as an apprentice diesel mechanic at JD Drilling. She is studying her Certificate III in Children's Services and loves working with children.

Charis Cameron Charis comes to us from Murilla Long Day Care in Miles and is currently studying her Diploma in Children's Services. She lives with her partner, Darren and her daughter, Tahlia and loves horses and racing.

Elissa Brett Elissa is our Vacation Carer extraordinaire. She is studying in Toowoomba to be a teacher and loves working with the older agegroups.

Elysee Wilde Elysee is studying her Certificate III in Children's Services and has recently joined the Charley's Place team in the Outback room. She has a daughter, Kya, who also attends the centre.
